Support and FAQ
Do I need an account?No. Memki works without one; your data stays on your device.
Can I move my data to another device?Yes — export a backup file from Settings → Collection → Backup and restore it on the new device. There is no automatic cloud sync yet.
Is Memki Pro a subscription?No. It is a one-time payment, yours for life. It removes the daily new-card limit and unlocks every level.
I bought it on iPhone — does it work on Android?No. A purchase is tied to the store account you used and does not transfer between platforms; that is the stores' rule, not ours.
What is included for free?All of kana and N5, taster cards from every level, and 20 new cards per day. Cards you create yourself are never limited.
A word's meaning looks wrong.Use the “report an issue” link on the card or write to us. Dictionary data comes from JMdict; we collect corrections and pass them upstream too.
